Lemon-GarlicSalmon & Asparagus

This salmon and roasted asparagus will have your mouth watering!!

 
 

Ingredients

1 Ib. Salmon Filets
1 Bunch Asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbs. Simply Sunflower Oil
2 Lemons
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
Fresh or dried Dill Weed
Sea Salt & Crushed Pepper

 
 

Instructions


  1. Heat Simply Sunflower Oil in large pan on medium-high heat.

  2. Add salmon to pan, skin side down.

  3. Add trimmed asparagus to pan.

  4. Add dill, salt & pepper, garlic, and lemon.

  5. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. Asparagus should be tender.

  6. Enjoy!
