Sierra's Sunflower Summer Kabobs

Hot Kabobs that don't dry out on the grill. This moist and flavorful treat will be the highlight of your family's barbeque!

 
 

Ingredients

1 Ib. Beef Sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Bell Peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Onion, cut into wedges
¼ c. Simply Sunflower Oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Sea Salt & Crushed Pepper

Chips Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium to high heat.

  2. Thread the meat and veggies onto the skewers.

  3. In a small bowl, mix Simply Sunflower Oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

  4. Baste oil mixture on kabobs.

  5. Lightly oil the grill grate with Simply Sunflower Oil.

  6. Grill kabobs for 10 minutes, rotating occasionally, until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Serving Suggestions​​​
