Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs carrots peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
1/4 cup Simply Sunflower Oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley 

 
 

Instructions


  1. Heat Simply Sunflower Oil in skillet

  2. Add the carrot slices and bring to a simmer

  3. Enjoy!
